3How do I install traditional wallpaper?

Wall Preparation : Ensure the wall is clean, dry, and smooth, Remove any old wallpaper completely, Fill cracks or holes and sand the surface, Apply primer if necessary (especially for plaster surfaces) ▶︎2.
