Shipping Information
Can you deliver the wallpaper to my home or office?
Absolutely! We will ship the wallpaper to the address you specify during the checkout process.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is handed over to DHL, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by customs procedures.
Return Policy
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will promptly accept the return and resend the item free of charge.
- Please retain the damaged shipping tube and product until your return is processed.
- We cannot refund delivery charges unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
- All damaged or mistaken orders must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Reports after this period may result in us being unable to process a replacement.
To report an issue, please contact our customer service team at support@interiorwallarts.com, including photos of the damaged product and your order details.
Important Notes
- Inspect all wallpaper rolls carefully before hanging. Refunds cannot be issued once the product has been hung.
- We are not responsible for installer or decorator costs if the goods were not inspected beforehand.
- In the event of a fault, please contact us immediately. Usually, we only require sample images clearly showing the issue along with product labels — returning the entire product is generally unnecessary.
- Do not discard any product or labels until you have completed installation and confirmed that there are no issues.
- If a product is defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional charge.
- Samples are non-returnable.
